Pebblewise

For event organizers

Your events, in front of Halton parents.

Pebblewise is a family organizer for parents in Halton. Its kids' activities search is built from public calendars that organizers like you already publish — here's exactly how your events can appear.

No ticketing on our side — every listing links back to your page.

  • Title, date and venue — from your public calendar
  • Price and age range when you provide them
  • Your organization named as the source
  • Official-site links lead directly to your event page

Where it shows up

Two places your event appears

Inside the app — signed-in parents

Signed-in parents search by date, age, and distance. Your event shows up as a card with its date and time, venue, price, and a link back to your official page — nothing beyond what a family needs to decide whether to go.

How it works

Nothing beyond what a family needs to decide

What we show

  • Title, date, time and venue
  • Price and age range, where you provide them
  • A “Source” line naming your organization, plus a link to your official event page

What we never do

  • No descriptions, photos, or logos
  • No ticket sales or registration on our side — every listing links out to your official page
  • Weekly manual review and update, not continuous scraping

How consent works

  • The in-app search uses your public calendar — the same information you already publish
  • The public page is opt-in per organization and stays off until you agree
  • You can ask for different attribution wording, fewer fields, or removal at any time
